These Terms of Service (Terms) govern access to and use of the websites, console, browser extension, APIs and related services offered by Airentect Pty Ltd (Airentect, we, us or our) (collectively, the Services).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The public website may be used by anyone for information and enquiries. The Airentect console, browser extension and organisation features are intended for authorised users of customer organisations and their administrators.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organisation (where applicable). You are responsible for ensuring that end users in your organisation are permitted to use the Services under your internal policies and applicable law.

Features may change over time. We may add, modify or discontinue parts of the Services, provided that material reductions to paid features will be handled in accordance with any separate agreement with your organisation.
Console access is provided through our authentication provider (Clerk). Organisation administrators are responsible for managing users, extension directory entries, policies and deployment within their organisation.
You must keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly at info@airentect.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Customer organisations are responsible for configuring policies appropriately and for how their staff use AI tools alongside the extension.
We own or license the Services, including software, branding, documentation and website content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your organisation's internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms and any order or agreement with us.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the rights reasonably required to host, process and display data submitted through the Services in order to operate and improve them.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback without restriction or attribution, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Policy enforcement and classification depend on configuration, model behaviour and user actions. The Services do not guarantee prevention of every data leak or compliance outcome. You remain responsible for your legal and regulatory obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, our total liability arising from or in connection with the Services is limited to the greater of AUD $100 or the fees paid by your organisation to us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim (if any).
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security or integrity of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
