This Privacy Collection Notice explains how Airentect Pty Ltd (Airentect) collects personal information at or before the time it is collected. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
When you submit a contact form, demo enquiry or newsletter sign-up, we collect:
Why: to respond to your enquiry, provide information about our Services and, where permitted, send product updates.
Who we disclose to: our hosting, email and support providers as needed to handle your request.
When your organisation uses the Airentect console, we collect:
Why:to provide console access, secure the Services and support your organisation's AI governance programme.
When your organisation deploys the Airentect browser extension, we may collect identifiers and activity data described in our Privacy Policy, including extension user directory entries created by your administrators, endpoint telemetry, prompt analysis metadata and policy outcomes.
Why: to enforce organisation policies, produce audit records and show usage in the console.
Your organisation decides which staff receive the extension and what policies apply. Contact your internal administrator for questions about workplace monitoring.
Personal information may be processed by service providers located outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
